Lee was awesome. I'd had 2 different hot water guys come out in the past 18 months and both did a quick fix, which... didn't last long. Lee actually explained to us what was wrong and told us our best option, instead of just putting a band aid on the problem, charging us and saying it'll be sweet. Lee and Mark did a great job sorting out my hot water problem. They turned up very promptly and we worked out the best... approach for my situation (which also happened to be the cheapest for me).
